The water-mixed humidifier uses compressed air to atomize the water into fine particles of 5 to 10 μm, and is sprayed into the refrigerator through a special spray system to achieve a high degree of humidification. The air-water mixed humidifier installed in the cold storage is connected to the tap water system, and the amount of water used is equal to the effective amount of humidification. No water accumulation process can provide hygienic and safe humidification effect. Due to the separate design of the injection system and control system, it is explosion-proof. Small size, light weight, easy to transport and install. The system controls the waterway by the airway. When the airway fails or fails, the waterway will be automatically cut off to fully guarantee the reliability of the entire system.
At present, a humidification method widely used in the installation of air-conditioned cold storage. It uses a high-frequency vibration humidifier or ultrasonic humidifier. The key component is a device called a "transducer head." Place the transducer head in the bottom of the humidifier tank (bottom hole in the tank) so that the upper surface of the tank is in contact with water. The use of oscillating circuits to generate oscillating currents and refrigerating technology, acts on the transducer head, generates high-frequency shock waves, atomizes the water, and then blows the atomized water vapor out with a fan. Humidifier is usually next to the cooling equipment inside the warehouse. By means of cooling equipment, atomized water vapor is sent to all corners of the warehouse to form a more balanced humidity field.
The cold storage installation can use the control device to realize the timing, humidification for a fixed time or automatically humidifying according to the humidity or according to the humidity detection result. Practice has proved that as long as the humidifier's humidifying amount is matched properly, the relative humidity in the warehouse can be kept above 90%. Ultrasonic humidifier is widely used at home and abroad. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, sensitive control, no noise, no condensation, wide application range, safety and reliability, etc. It can evenly humidify large spaces.
The transducer at the bottom of the sink (ultrasonic oscillator) converts the electrical energy into mechanical energy and launches 1.7 MHz ultrasonic waves into the water. The water surface produces ultrafine particles with a diameter of 3 to 5 μm under the effect of cavitation. The water mist particles and the flowing air exchange heat and humidity to achieve the purpose of equalizing and humidifying the air. There should be no obstructions within one meter of the humidifier spray direction to prevent condensation. The humidifier overflow hose is connected to the floor drain. The user is provided with a safe and effective source of power within two meters of the installation location of the humidifier. If the humidifier electronic control box or water processor is installed outdoors, it must have necessary waterproof and antifreeze measures.
The water passes through the water pipe and is sucked into the rotary centrifugal system under the action of centrifugal force. It is thrown from the upper part of the rotating disc to the atomizing grille, and is crushed into fine water droplets while hitting the atomizing grille. A small part of the air required for atomization is filtered by the filter when entering the interior of the device. A large amount of air carries the atomized fine water droplets back to the interior space. It is not in direct contact with the internal atomizing mechanism. The centrifugal atomizing humidifier in the cold storage installation is equipped with a high-efficiency air purifier, which can filter the two air streams used for water vapor evaporation to remove dust and various impurities therefrom. Fresh tap water obtained from a general drinking water source can be used for humidification. The automatic control device can periodically fill the water tank. When the humidifier is turned off, the stored water in the machine is automatically drained to prevent freezing. The automatic control system can also control the time interval of the automatic cleaning, the working status of the humidification system, and display the occurrence of the system failure. Accurate determination of the relative humidity in the library is still a major difficulty.
